NCMB Licensee Survey Results 2016

In October 2016, NCMB sent email surveys to 10,000 randomly selected licensees requesting their input on topics impacting the practice of medicine. Earlier this month, NCMB published their results.

Membership has benefits. Old North State Medical Society (ONSMS) is one of the oldest medical societies for African American Physicians in the United States. ONSMS was initially formed to advocate for African American Physicians and their interests. As we evolved we added North Carolina’s vulnerable population to our mission. Our primary interest is in educating and advocating for the most vulnerable of vulnerable patients and people residing in communities that consistently produce poorer health outcomes.
